We will deal with specific changes to the Labour Code, in particular with:
- Transfer of rights and obligations and resulting dismissals
- Re-conception of leave
- Job sharing
- Posting of employees
- Multi-shift regimes
- Lump-sum compensation for survivors and in cases of especially serious harm to health
- Delivery of documents to employees
- Running of time, calculation of average earnings and other bits of information
