Agreements for work outside the employment relationship

Agreements on the performance of work and agreement on work activity are widely used in practice, especially because of their flexibility. In the last 1.5 years, however, several amendments have made major changes that reduce their flexibility and make agreements more expensive and complicated for employers. In addition to this, another major amendment to the Code is now being debated in Parliament. Will this amendment have any effect on agreements?
