Agency employment from the perspective of the user and the agency

Insofar as agency employment is a flexible means of supplementing employees, its current legal regulation is still strict, insufficient and completely inadequate to the needs of practice. Our training will serve as a comprehensive guide to the whole issue. We will clarify when the characteristics of dependent work are fulfilled, when it is the provision of services and when it is the hiring of labour. What is disguised employment agency? We will look at the issue of agency employment not only from the perspective of the user but also from the perspective of the agency. We will also look at how practice has evolved following the amendment changing the conditions for terminating temporary assignments.
