Agency employment and another amendment

Insofar as agency employment is a flexible means of supplementing employees, its current legal regulation is still strict, insufficient and completely inadequate to the needs of practice. Our training will serve as a comprehensive guide to the whole issue. We will clarify when the characteristics of dependent work are fulfilled, when it is the provision of services and when it is the hiring of labour. What is disguised employment agency? We will also look at how practice is evolving after the amendment that has been in force for a year and what the amendment to the Employment Act will bring for labour inspection controls in this area.
