Coronavirus and Corporations
Measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic have major adverse effects on corporations. Relations with contracting partners are changing and adjustments are often necessary in order for the contracting parties to avoid even greater problems in the future. On April 9 2020, we will focus on practical solutions to situations arising in connection with COVID-19 in an online seminar called Coronavirus and Corporations – Current Impacts of Measures on Business ONLINE. During the state of emergency, almost 300 different measures have been issued that interfere with their business.
