Irena joined Randl Partners, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. a few months after the founding of the office and is currently a partner.
Focusing on business corporation law, obligations, and real estate law, as well as banking and AML (anti-money laundering). Irena also has longtime experience in addressing issues encompassing both corporate and labor law questions, such as the matter of the so-called Svarc system, dual functions, and performance agreements and GDPR.
Personal data protection, advertising and marketing law, gambling law (lotteries, bets, contests, sweepstakes etc.) and gaming industry (games of chance/skill, including PC games, video games in general and card games), commercial and civil law with focus on company law, real estate, contract law; protection of personal data with focus on GDPR; criminal liability of legal persons
