Michal has worked with Randl Partners, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. since his student days, staying as a legal assistant and an associate attorney. In 2019, he became a partner.
During his many years of labor law experience. He has been focusing mainly on the issue of working hours, including detailed calculations and the design of complicated shift schedules, as well as the related issues of leave and remuneration. Unlike most lawyers, he is not afraid of mathematics, and, on the contrary, enjoys using it in his work whenever needed.
