Pavel is a founding partner at Randls Training and a lecturer. He is also partner at Randl Partners, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.
Since the beginning of his legal career, he has focused his practice mainly on commercial law, concentrating primarily on business corporation law. Together with his team he also provides legal services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, competition and administrative law, restructuring, international trade, as well as banking. Pavel complements his wealth of legal skill with expansive lecturing experience.
