An external consultant who cooperates with the Randl Partners law firm and who operates as a Randls Training lecturer.
Petr is a professor of Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Department of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Department of Law of Charles University in Prague. He is a member of the Legislative Council of the Government, the Scientific Council of the Department of Law of Masaryk University and a member of the editorial board of many Czech and international law journals. Previously, he served as Deputy for Legislation at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, where he managed work on key amendments to labour law regulations, and as Deputy for Civil Service at the Ministry of the Interior. He was awarded the Lawyer of the Year Award for Labour Law.
Petr acts as a mediator and arbitrator in collective labour disputes. He has published more than 100 articles and publications in national and international law journals. He regularly participates in professional conferences and discussion programs on human resources relations.
